Sales Representative (Arabic/Indian/Iranian) - Dubai
- JOB PURPOSE
Sales representatives sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Generate customer leads through cold calling, door to door sales.
- Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- To negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other department.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Visit client and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback .
- Maintain client records.
- To answer client queries about credit terms, products and services, prices and availability.
- Abide by the policies, rules and regulations of the company on various issues / matters and company Standard Operating Procedures.
- QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Experience:2+ years
Minimum Education:Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / finance / Accounting / Business Management, Master’s Degree preferred.
Certification related to Sales/Marketing will be added value.
