·        Plan and supervise the activities of the assigned personnel in the Corrosion and Metallurgy section. Perform supervisory functions at the level established by the Management.

·        Direct and supervise the work of a team consisting of Senior Corrosion & Metallurgy Engineers and Corrosion and Metallurgy Engineers involved in all aspects of Corrosion Control and Monitoring of Plant and Equipment on LNG and ASR plants, ensuring quality and application of best practices. Thin includes:

o   Gathering corrosion data for plants on sour service

o   Liaising with Plant Inspection Engineers and Painting Inspectors on failure and damage of equipment and piping and on atmospheric corrosion in relation to assessing new technologies with respect to coatings, insulation and linings

o   Supervise inspection and maintenance of corrosion monitoring equipment sited throughout LNG & ASR plant, in conjunction with the Maintenance Division

o   Analysis of corrosion data – including chemical analysis reports from CLIENT Laboratory

o   Gathering of cathodic protection data for all LNG & ASR trains, tank farm and off-plot areas

o   Analysis of CP data to ensure optimum protection (i.e. acceptable level of corrosion consistent with equipment design life expectancy) is achieved on all assets which will include: product loading jetty, sulphur loading jetty, tank farm, flare jetty, plant flare jetty, sea wall sheet piling, tank farm foundation piling, sea water intake in Trains I and II, underground cooling water piping network and concrete foundations at Trains I, II and III and fire water lines within LNG & ASR plants.

·        Maintain regular review of Corrosion Control Key Performance Indicators

·        Direct activities to support or assist in confirming monitoring data or as the result of failures of equipment or trending predictions.

·        Ensure that safe operating and maintenance procedures with regard to metallurgical aspects are followed and counsel employees about compliance with safer working procedures as necessary

·        Direct/supervise CP aspects of CP improvement projects on CP rectification and review/scrutinize QA/QC plans submitted by contractors

  Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  Oversee cash management activities for the region


• Assist the TM in rationalizing the current banks structure and services


• Analysis of bank fees and providing recommendations for cost savings opportunities


• Facilitate the opening of new bank accounts and support in the KYC related documentation


• Provide support to local finance teams for inquiries related to payments, cash management and bank account issues


• Communicate effectively with local finance teams and the corporate tax and legal departments to ensure efficient cash movements


• Evaluate and recommend new banking products and services and technologies


• Assist in the implementation of new technology and automation and other initiatives by Treasury


• Oversee trade finance activities including letters of credit and guarantees


• Oversee Concur Expense Management and Corporate credit card program


• Loan administration and compliance


• Experience with debt/capital structure analysis and addressing funding needs


• Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed
