LMS Manager - Sundus Recruitment and Outsourcing Services jobs october 2019 free zone

The following outlines key responsibilities:


 Coordinates with the Learning and Development team to ensure
Identifies and delivers opportunities for quality improvements
Identifies and mitigates risk in relation to operational aspects of the LMS to ensure business continuity.
Maintains policies and procedures to ensure security and integrity of IT system and network.
Produces and updates relate policy documentation.
Analyses data and recommends solutions to optimize LMS functions as well as measuring performance to ensure achievement of organizational goals. 
Produces and maintains a support plan for all internal users of the LMS.
 


Required Qualifications and Experience:


 


An IT related degree (Masters preferred) with experience in network and application technologies
At least 5 years recent experience working knowledge and practice with Blackboard and other major operating system platforms (supporting users and system administration)
At least 5 years’ experience of leading and developing an IT team
Excellent customer focused skills are mandatory
