CFO Responsibilities:
• Leader of the management team that is responsible for both people and business agenda of the entity; actively lead, develop, organize and provide direction for the Inter business entity in accordance with our Culture and Values.
• Develop, implement and enforce policies, internal controls and procedures of the company (Finance, People & Culture, Risk and IT) that will improve overall operations and effectiveness of the company.
• Provide leadership, analytical, operational and strategic finance support to management and business partners.
• Provide the company management with performance reporting, analysis and recommendations to allow for navigation towards financial goals and company internal KPI s.
• Oversee the financial closing of annual accounts, external reporting and ensure fulfilment of accounting principles including liaising with auditors.
• Prepare, gain acceptance and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to secure budget targets, profit commitments are met and costs are minimised.
• Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanisms to meet operating needs.
• Monitor and ensure local customs operations are in compliant with relevant law and custom audits.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks to optimise company profit in accordance with local tax law.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary taxes.
• Ensure that the entity comply with relevant laws and regulations in areas of human resources, finance, tax, customs and all health and safety regulations.
• Represent Inter in negotiations with vendors/suppliers, to secure the most effective contract terms.
• Represent Inter towards the relevant authorities and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, tax and risk management practices.
• Well-versed in all aspects of financial management: reporting, accounting and banking operations
• Deep understanding of pricing concept.
• Understanding of Customs operations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial management knowledge and a proven track record of finance leadership from a multinational company.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• Experience in leading a management team or senior leaders.
• Experience in managing a business entity.
