Principal Accountabilities
1) Implements and executes the sales and marketing strategy of products in assigned outlets to achieve the division‘s objectives in terms of annual profits, & accommodating principle suppliers sales and marketing objectives.
2) Visits and arranges products on shelves as per the Business Development Agreements with different clients to ensure proper distribution and visibility.
3) Ensure stock rotation in store as well as in back stock to ensure product quality and avoid stock ageing.
4) Generates Daily Sales Reports and forward the same to the Sales Executive for acknowledgment and further actions.
5) Effectively utilise the POS materials to create sales impulse and product awareness and visibility.
6) Maintains cleanliness of displayed products and designated area to ensure a clean environment.
Minimum Requirement
Education: High School, 12 years of schooling /Diploma
Work Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of merchandising work experience
Language and IT Skills: Bilingual, Spoken and written good proficiency (English is a must) with basic IT literacy
