CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Male or Female, below 35 years old only
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Diploma in Hospitality or any related course
Minimum of 1-2 yrs of hotel experience in a French patisserie or stand-alone restaurant
HACCP Certified or any PIC certificate is an advantage
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Energetic and with lively personality
