Role Purpose:
The Onsite Marketing Specialist is responsible for improving user experience and ease of navigation on Home Page, Category and Campaign Landing Pages. The role holder is also responsible to work with countries to implement sale campaigns and Carrefour offers.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Home Page Deliverables
- Work with country teams to optimize Banner CTRs on Home Page
- Optimize bestselling and offer based products displayed through widgets on Home Page
- Implement monthly sale campaigns
- Ensure visibility to all categories on Home Page
- Work with product team to improve navigation
- Develop content to create discovery experience for our buyers, constantly iterating and improving the overall experience
- Deploy content marketing communications and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase long-term buyer retention
Landing Page Deliverables
- Ensure product boosting on all landing pages on lines of historic sales, impressions, sales to impressions ratio, seasonality, offers
- Work with analytics team to created automated boosting based on algorithms
- Work with merchandising team to increase the catalog size and keep products in stock
Cross functional Deliverables
- Coordinate with design team for creation of content for Home Page and Landing Pages
- Work with country on-site teams for implementation across platforms
- Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns, report on results, and drive shopping innovations
- Work with analytics team for dashboard and report creation
