Key responsibilities and duties within Job Specific Competencies
§ Implements marketing campaigns and advertising strategies for UAE real estate projects.
§ Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales & leasing data ( monthly, quarterly and annual)
§ Support sales & leasing teams by providing real estate market trends, new product or project information
§ Create content for SMS, e-flyers, emails, and social media campaigns
§ Develop and provide designs briefs for printed marketing materials used internally and externally leaflets, brochures, projects, handout etc.
§ Provide creative ideas and concepts to be implemented in the company in a way that enhance the company’s achievement and procedures.
§ Use innovation to redefine design briefs within the constraints of cost and time.
§ Work closely with the marketing manger to come up with new ideas and creative design for online channels.
§ Update the graphical content on PSI website in a regular basis and making sure that the look and feel of the website is always fresh and updated.
§ Handle all E marketing designs and creative ideas such as online banners, e flyers, and newsletter.
§ Manage other website about Abu Dhabi Projects through the Admin Area maintaining updated web content.
§ Website Development, coordination with external agency for the same.
§ Rank checking ( website optimization)
§ Hot deals and featured listing update on website.
§ Web portal rank checking.
§ Update the social media networks.
§ Check hot deals flyers
§ Newspaper, outdoor display update
§ Coordinate with photographer for Virtual tour. checking the quality of the virtual tour and approving the same
§ Image filtering
Handle inquiry mail accounts
