Perform Project Development Activities of Construction Contracts associated with
CAPEX items of Clients including
preparation of Scope of Work, Bills of Quantities, relevant documents, support &
coordinate tendering activities until Project award and handover to Project Execution
Department for Execution.
Initiation of contract requests / Service Order Requests, carry out technical
clarifications & technical bid evaluations, submit documents for Management
committee approvals & support Award recommendation endorsement by Tender
Boards.
Participate and contribute in Price negotiation and conflict resolution meetings.
Sourcing new technologies associated with investments ensuring operational
excellence, standardization across all OPCOs.
Preparation of Purchase Requisitions for Material procurements, carrying out
technical evaluations, tendering coordination until PO Placement & Expedition of
Material Deliveries.
Perform development of CAPEX proposals & Cost Estimations.
Function as Contract Administrator for Frame Level Agreements, FEED Study
Contracts.
Perform Project Engineer role for in-house FEED / Feasibility studies.
Portfolio Management of the assigned Projects.
Guide and review Development Engineers as part of Project Development activities
and cost estimations.
Play active role in UAE national development.
Develop relevant and applicable procedures for section functions, adopting best
practices across all companies.
Coordinate for audit point close outs.
