\[Create and design Property Management presentations to be prepared on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and as when required to be submitted to the Client’s Board of Directors to update them on the status of owned properties and overall market status
\[Manages online portals such as Dubizzle, Property finder, Bayut, Just Rentals and Properties as well as their XML (Extensible Markup Language) usage
\[Maintains high quality of every listing advertised in each portal
\[Assigned in branding, photo-shoot and design for business cards & other company materials through different design software
\[Generating and validating monthly management reporting, extracting and manipulating data from the project tracking system, updating excel spread sheets and generating presentations
\[Develop and maintain the company's corporate image, brand and identity, which include the use of logos, signage, stationery and a writing style guide as well as all client touch-points.
\[Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
\[Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
\[Social Media: Work with the team to enhance the social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns. Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
